Cancellation Refunds (if applicable)
If you place an order and change your mind due to a wrong product, or found it cheaper elsewhere or unforeseen financial circumstances before it is dispatched and you do not accept other options (ie: a different product or a store credit) you will be charged a 20% fee;
Change of Mind Refund after Dispatched (if applicable)
If you make a purchase and change your mind after you receive the product/s there will be no refund and you can be supplied a store credit minus shipping costs only if the following are met.
- If the item is shipped you will need to wait till you receive it and leave the item/s in the current packaging, then contact us and you will need to arrange for the items to be returned to the supplier.
- The order shipment may get cancelled before it is shipped by the supplier if it’s within the first 12 hours of being paid for.
All returns will be done through our suppliers unless instructed otherwise by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. As soon as the items are returned they will be assessed before supplying a store credit, if the products were removed from the original packaging and appear to be used or damaged no store credit will be supplied, the product/s can be shipped back to you at your cost.
Any returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product/s. When shipping product/s make sure to have signature on delivery and insurance as Fantastic Hobbies and the suppliers will not take responsibility of missing or damaged packages during transport.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Consumable items (i.e. ink and paints) unless unopened.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Returned item/s Refund (if applicable)
Once your item/s is received and inspected through our suppliers, either they or Fantastic Hobbies will contact to notify you that the supplier has received your returned item/s. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There is a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs applied for all refunds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned and credit applied, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged this will be decided by the suppliers. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we/suppliers will send you instructions of where you need to send the items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, we/supplier will provide information on where to mail the item/s.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We recommend using Transdirect as a shipping option.
Fantastic Hobbies does not hold stock of the products, these are sourced from suppliers (for shipping of products please click here)
All stock levels are based off some of the suppliers and they may run out of stock at any time and the item needs to be ordered in, stock levels are out of Fantastic Hobbies control and if a product is out of stock and we cannot source it from any supplier we will notify you and provide possible options or a refund. We try our best to keep all stock levels updated, sometimes products will be missed or they may not even be available anymore.
